Propellers
We supply custom made propellers e.g. for Princess, Azimut ja Sunseeker boats.
Among special propellers also standard series propellers with 3-, 4- and 5 -bladed models available. Material mangane bronze (MnBr) and nickel aluminum bronze (NIBR-Al).Purchasing propeller, we kindly ask You to inform all possible data e.g. the boat model and serial number, complete propeller information (diameter and pitch, taper dimensions etc.)
and photos if available to speed up the process to select the propeller. Propeller brands are CJR and Michigan among the others. We deliver wide range of CJR Propulsion products for all sterngear applications.

Propeller shafts
Mepratuote Oy manufactures propeller shafts up to Ø 120 mm diameter.
Most shafts are manufactured with corrosion-resistant high-strength 1.4460 (AISI 329 – SS2324) material as standard. Other materials from Marinemet25 and Duplex are available if required for custom solutions.
Propeller shafts are NC-machined and straightness is always checked after machining.
On metric shaft we use ISO 4566 standard. Propeller shaft with inch diameter are with American Taper (1:16) or Imperial Taper standard (1:12). We manufactures non standard shafts with special dimensions when required.

Most shafts are manufactured with Marinemet 25 as standard, which is stronger and more resilient to corrosion than even surgical stainless steel. Brackets
Model-specific and general purpose shaped propellers shaft brackets for large powerboats and yachts.
The Brackets are manufactured according to the naval technical requirements, and their sizing complies with the standards of the various Naval Registers for pleasure boats. The brackets are made of high nickel-aluminum-bronze (AB2) or mangane bronz (HTB1).

Bearings
High quality Aqualube bearings are designed for marine and industrial use. A quality bearing can ensure the appropriate life cycle of the parts is achieved.
Product range icludes brass and phenolic shell nitrale inner. Aqualube bearing systems are commonly water lubricated.

PSS water lubricated shaft seals
PSS -tiivisteet ovat täysin tiiviitä ja ne pitävät pilssin kuivana. Tiiviste on helppoa asentaa myös jälkikäteen vanhan akselitiivisteen tilalle.
Tiivisteitä on saatavana Ø150 mm akselihalkaisijaan asti. Tuumakoot sekä suuret koot toimitetaan aina tehdastilauksena. Toimitusaika useinmiten vain muutama arkipäivä Euroopan keskusvarastosta.
Tiiviste koostuu kahdesta erillisestä osasta. Kiinteässä, joustavalla kumiletkulla vannasputkeen kiinnitetyssä osassa on kulutusta kestävä hiilikuitupinta ja potkuriakseliin on kiinnitetty akselin mukana pyörivä, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu vastakappale. Tiivisteen vastakkaiset osat puristuvat toisiaan vasten ”haitarimaisen” kumiletkun avulla. Tiivistepinta jäähdytetään tarvittaessa vedellä.
Tiivistekoko valitaaan potkuriakselin halkaisijan ja vannasputken ulkohalkaisijan mukaan. PSS -tiivisteet ovat Bureau Veritas, ABS ja Rinan hyväksymiä.

Rudders
Yleismalliset ja mallikohtaiset peräsimet useisiin moottoriveneisiin huvikäyttöön. Peräsimet valmistetaan merenkulun teknisten vaatimusten mukaisesti ja niiden mitoitus noudattaa huviveneiden merenkulun standardeja.
Peräsinten suunnittelussa ja muotoilussa on kiinnitetty huomiota minimaaliseen virtausvastukseen ja kavitaation vähentämiseen.
